Unfamiliar with Illustrator CS Preferences

How do I reset the preferences in Illustrator CS to the default. Using version 10 with a MAC, I could find the pref file and drag it to the trash bin. I'm working in Microsoft Windows XP and using CS, and I can't find a preference file.
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
On XP you will find them in the following location
C:\Documents and Settings\your name\Application Data\Adobe\Illustrator
