Unexpected error Codec Mismatch on Avaya Workplace

Hello Team.
I am connected over VPN to an IPO500V2 11.1.2.1 that is based somewhere in USA. I am based on Greece using the 3.24.0.84.19 Avaya workplace client that is registered OK in IPO.
When trying to make any call i get the error Unexpected error Codec Mismatch.
i changed from IPO side the default codecs and left only G.729 saved and rebooted IPO connected again the software but still get the same error.
Any ideas?
where do i change the codec on the Avaya Workplace softwware?

An update on this. I tried the same software on a PC that is in USA and is connected to the IPO Via VPN, i have exactly the same error.
This system has essentials and preferred edition plus 2 power users. There is no ip user license. There is a combo card too so there are VCM resources.
Does Avaya Workplace Software require ip user license along with the power user license?
