Unencrypt clients

I'm logging clients coming through the Firewall and I should see the clients getting encrypted and decrypted. There are some clients going through without encrypting or decrypting. That is only happening to a couple of clients the rest of the clients are encrypting and decrypting just fine. Can someone please tell me why these clients are going through the firewall without any encryption.
