Hello

Has anybody got any thoughts on this

I have just spent an hour making changes to a project
Then made a slight mistake with a cut and paste
Fine I thought, i'll click the undo button

Thing is, it's reverted the whole document back to when I first started (last saved) and I can't get back to where I was

Have I lost everything?

Thanks

Damian.

I've never seen that happen. Project has about 1 level of undo ("about" because it will undo the most recent action most of the time and on other times won't undo the last action).

The fingers that are typing this reply have been burned many times by Project. Now I save early and save often. I always do a "Save as..." and change the file name so that you'll see in my folders:

prjABC v001
prjABC v002
prjABC v003

etc.

Yes, it takes up space. But space is cheaper than redoing all the changes because I made a mistake that I can't undo.

BTW ... the next release of Project will have a multi-level undo.
