Hello,
I want to understand VoIP,Call Manager,.... and all these things is any one can help me ?

It can be a complex or a simple as you'd like to know.

A starting point would to have an understanding of Networking principle:

Check out this site, for a good guide

Once you have these foundations, you'll need to find out exactly what you want to know. Call manager is a specific device, is this what you want or a broader spectrum?

I'd personally look at understanding the SIP protocol next and seeing how this works, as this is an open standard and very widely used.

And then get yourself a little lab. This can be done for free belive it or not.

Get some soft phones (e.g SJLabs or X-Lite)
A SIP Server, e.g OnDo server
and your away. Then you can add hardware devices when you get the hang of it.

Avoid the likes of Skype, unless that's what you want to be a specialist in as it's propriaty software.

Dear StuReeves,
I have a good knowledge of computer networking and basically I have MCSE and CCNA. But I want good documents about that to understand it very well. Tell me what devices used to do it and so else.
