understanding tcpdump output

I've been monitoring my network connection with tcpdump -p to see what's happening, and most of the results are lines like:

08:34:47.709749 802.1d config 8000.00:01:42:02:a0:c0.8011 root 8000.00:01:42:02:a0:c0 pathcost 0 age 0 max 20 hello 2 fdelay 15

what does this mean, if anything?
