I'm trying to understand how the operator phone works. The contractor we used to work with replaced 2250's with 2616's. What I can't figure out is logic of how calls arrive at 2616. Printing out ATT doesn't seem to give me any info. A print of 2616 shows ACD 6700. Could anyone can explain logic of how proc works?

As you don't have any 2250's, your system is in night service. I would check LD21 - PRT - NIT & see what NIT1 is set to. If it is set to 6700, then that's how calls arrive at your queue. If thats not the case you will need to PRT your incoming route, LD21 - PRT - RDB & see if you use IDC, if it's a DDI route, if not see if AUTO is set to YES.

thanks. that was the answer. appreciate the assist
