Underlay problems

My report looks like this

Sect.A [Subreport i]
------------------------
Sect. B [Subreport ii]
----------------------------

Each subreport contains text and I'm using underlay to get the two subreports to line up.

This works fine as long as the text in either subreport only runs to 40 lines - where the content is longer, the underlay fails and section B follows section A, rather than running alongside.

Any help would be much appreciated.

But what report section are you referring to?

Try turning off "Keep Together" on the sections in the main report, the subreport objects, and the sections in the sub reports.
