Undeliverables when sending to several Email Recipients

Hi All,

Has anyone run into this problem before?

I have an end user who entered manually 309 email recipient names in the "To" field and tried to send the email. It bounce back displaying all 309 recipiens as not being recognized.

Any suggestions?

Is the user able to send to at least one person at a time? Did this only occur when sending to multiple recipients?

Thanks for the fast response. I don't believe she had a problem sending to 1. I'm waiting for an email back from her and I will post her response. I have a feeling it may be a limitation within outlook entering all these names at once. I may advise her to create a personal distribution list to see if that works. What are your thoughts?

I would tell her to do the same and see if that helps. Most people work with the distribution list rather than typing all the names in manually each time. I don't know if it is a limitation or not. It may be.

I checked, it is not a limitation. Her response was she takes a list of recipients and pastes them into the BCC field and then sends it. She said she has done it this way before to the same recipients and no problem. So I explained maybe outlook didn't like something to do with the paste (I.E maybe a space somewhere that outlook didn't like) so I suggested either pasting the names into outlook again and resending or doing a Distribtion List. She will let me know when she does this again and then I will post back.
