Undeliverable

Hi, Can anyone tell me why am I getting this error?
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'@kato.cz' on 3/16/2006 4:22 PM
There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator.
<test.game1.local #5.5.0 smtp;550 <@kato.cz>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in local recipient table>

I am running Exchange 2003 Server with SP2 on it.

Are users recieving that when sending mail from you to an outside address or is that the message being recieved by people sending you mail? It looks like the recieving mail server is the issue and judging by the error the account may not exist.
