Undeliverable sending .VCF attachments

Using Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2007

Whenever people try to send an email with a .vcf attachment, it immediately comes back from our Exchange server undeliverable, with this message:

This occurs regardless of the format of the email (plaintext, html, rich text)
Does anyone have any idea how to fix? Haven't been able to solve this. Thanks.

Google turned up the following:

Solution 1:
1. Close Outlook.
2. Open the folder "C:\Documents and Settings\*USER*\Application Data\Microsoft\Signature".
3. Delete the content of the folder. (Take a backup before deleting all files first!)
4. Open Outlook and recreate your signatures (e.g. from previously sent e-mails).

Solution 2:
1. Open the Registry Editor (regedit.exe).
2. Browse to "My computer\hkey_classes_root\.jpeg".
3. Delete the key "image/spj".
