I have a user who at the end of last week said that she is receiving a undeliverable message notification in French in her voice mailbox. I listened to one of them (there are several that come in overnight) and it states "undeliverable message notification something about 9999 and then it gives megabytes and its all in French. If she gets messages from other callers, they are in English. What is happening and how do I fix this? I also put a ticket in with AVaya as this is the only user that has this problem.
