Can anyone recommend any third-party add-ons to handle undeliverable messages for specific email accounts? We have a CRM solution that sends out marketing campaigns and out of 2,500 or so sent email, 125 came back with varying errors. To go through them one by one to A) find the exact error, B) find the email address and C) the recipient name is such a huge pain and takes hours.
We need to compile a report to show the three fields above so we can then cross-reference in our CRM software to either delete the contact or modify the email account.
I see many things out there that sort of do this and people recommend some VBA code, but I'm not a developer.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
