We have 2 supposedly identical Domino servers. On one of them undeliverable mail is marked as dead and an agent deletes it every hour. On the other server undeliverable mail sits forever unless someone goes in and cleans it out regularly. Otherwise it piles up until the router can no longer route the valid mail. Both servers are running McAfee GroupShield. We have been over the configurations and can't find anything that looks like a setting for how long to sit on a message before marking it dead. Most of this dead mail is spam and it piles up quickly. Both of our Notes administrators recently left for greener pastures and I and another associate are having to monitor this constantly, nights and weekends included. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
