The following is a example of emails delivered to the administrator account, several a day. I'm not sure how they are created. The recipients name are always accounts that don't exsist. Any ideas would be great. Thanks in advance.

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

jim@mailxxi.com on 6/16/2005 5:21 PM
The recipient name is not recognized
The MTS-ID of the original message is: c=US;a= ;p=Contemporary Com;l=CCINT10506162220LHRWVF0Q

Its a Non delivery report. Which tells you that the mail cannot be delivered to jim because there is no jim.

Hi E46fan,

If you don't want the messages being delivered to the administrator account, you can change the recipient.

From memory it is in the Connections-->Configuration area of the exchange config/console.
You'll find it easily enough if you have a look see.

I have the administrative emails which exchange generates sent to me, and have a rule within outlook which puts them in an offline (pst) file. That way they are easily accessible, yet do not clog up my account.

Cheers - Chris.
