Apache/2.0.52 (Win32) PHP/5.0.2

sure,i have followed some tutorials, but .....
1, i modified the apache http.conf
2, i moved some .dll files to windows/system2,
3, i copied php.ini_dust to Windows fold and modified and renamed it.
and i haved restarted apached and PC several times.
what should i do now?
thank you for your help.

PHP has to have those modules compiled into its runtime.

Although I've never done it, you can use external libraries with PHP on unix-like OSes, too, using the same "extension" directives.
