Uncorrectable red error message

User is on 5.0.9a and gets this message: Sorry, An uncorrectable error has occurred. Lookup handle, null handle. Press enter to abort the application.

This is one of those red messages. User says he was deleting old emails. This is the second time in two days he's got this. Could this be memory lated, meaning not enough or the pc is just not keeping up?

I seem to recall a problem like this being caused by a memory leak. Try upgrading the clients to the latest version (5.0.12 I think) or try searching the Lotus Notes knowledgebase at
