Is it something about MS_ME or what, I mean about the scrollbar?
Like, why does it keep scrolling out of control?
Is this scrollbar acting crazy or am I suppose to be looking for some additional setup disk for the *&%%#$$^#* thing to make it behave?
I want the scrollbar to stop scrolling when I let go of it, just like it is suppose to.
What kind of problem is this? Is this a MS_ME problem, a Compaq problem, a mouse problem, or "go back to what did work" problem?
