I have been over this system looking without success for the reason that unconditional forward is not working. I've been staring at the config so long I wonder if I'm gonna loose my sight.
When a call is transferred to the extn for which unconditional forward is set, the transferred call goes straight to the target extn's voicemail instead of out another trunk to the designated offsite number.
Same version and setup as another site at which the forwarding works:

Digital station modules
System/Telephony - Inhibit off switch calls is not ticked
System/Telephony - Allow outgoing transfer is ticked
Line/Analog - Allow forwarding is ticked
ALthough tech support tells me that System/Telephony - Allow Outgoing Transfer must be ticked, it is not ticked at the other site at which the forwarding works. I've tried it both ways at the problem site - no joy either way.
The receptionist can transfer to an offsite number, but the system will not forward.
