Unconditional forward notification?

If one extension has unconditional forward enabled, can this status be reflected on another extension via one of the buttons? If so, how would this be accomplished?

No, User buttons will only show when the handset is off hook or in dnd. If you want that kind of info you're looking at One-X Portal.
