I currently have an IP403 v 2.1. I have 15 users that are field engineers. We want them to come into the office in the AM and when they leave forward their extension to their cell phone.
I got it working EXCEPT for the three people that have Verizon as their carrier.
On the User tab, I entered their cell phone number in the forward unconditional space and programmed a Forward unconditional On (off) button on their phone. Works like a champ except Verizon cell phones ring simultaneously with the extension and then the caller hears the music on hold in the office and then goes to the Voicemail here not the cell phone. When you look at Call status it shows the call has been queued. Users do not have Short Codes in VM Pro that would turn queuing on...
Tried creating a short code, 777 that dials the persons cell phone and put that in the forwarding and forwarding fields...still didn't work. Dial 777 from an extension and it dials the cell phone direct.
Any ideas?
