UNCLE! can't get reporting going

It used to run, now it's not I can't generate any reports. And I've gone through all the check boxes. Is there some service I should be looking toward or some dependant component that got magically deleted?
Run this through with me 'cause I'm about to reinstall it just to get whatever it is back. Everything else seems to run just peachy.
