Hello,
On a continuous Form, I put an unbound checkbox, and in the form footer I have a buttom that should print all the ticked records.
How can I tick an individualy box, with out having them all ticked ?
thanks

Thanks mate,

That was my question , how to handle unbound checkbox,
because I want to change only the front application.

Be aware: [blue]Thats what happens when you add any Unbound Objbect to the Details Section of a Form[/blue] (particularly noticable in continuous view as you've found out).

There are other methods to handle this, but they require either [blue]Conditional Formatting[/blue] or an [blue]Extensive[/blue] amount of [blue]VBA[/blue] to do the equivalent. Adding the additional field to the table is the [purple]simplest/easiest/quickest[/purple] method available!
