I have a form with an unbound text box. The box is populated from a query, two columns in the query. I only want the first column to display on the form, but want to reference the second column for use in a module as a control field. I have tried changing the column count to 1 and that fixes the display value on the form but does not allow me access to the second column for the module. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Thanks Travis.

Hello, Travis:

In the format tab of the property sheet, leave 2 columns. Then, in the Column widths property put: 1.0";0" Then in List width put 1.0" That will display the first column one inch wide, and will hide the second column. Then on the data tab of the property sheet you can bind column 2 if you need to. Gus Brunston  An old PICKer, using Access2000

Thanks Gus, that took care of my problem. Thanks again for your help with this. Thanks Travis.
