unblocking pop windows on IE

Hi,

How can I unblock pop windows on IE? When I click on a link at the status bar i see 'Pop up window blocked' written

Have you tried to add the site to your "Allowed sites" list?

I am using version 6.0 , in the link they talk about goiing to tools and then pop-up-window seting, but i don't see that option pop-up-window under tools in mine. I put all the windows latest updates last week, that's when it started.

Ctrl + click works good .......

It will be there if you have Windows XP SP2 and have applied all the Windows updates.

If not, then perhaps you have a different 3rd-party pop-up blocker installed.

Then you must have a 3rd-party pop-up blocker installed, as cdogg suggested. If I would've asked your OS to begin w/ we would've known this already.

Now, as far as your problem goes... why not just us Firefox?
