Hi,

I'd like to know if somebody could tell me how to develop an unbalanced dimension on SQL Server 2005.

Thanks,

Levodestro.

Can you describe the type of structure with possibly a example?

So many people call different elements different names, that I just want to be clear we are talking about the same type of structure.

MDXer,

It's kind like this:

FactTable <--- Dimension1 ---> Dimension2 <--- Dimension 3
dim_key1 fk dim_key1 pk dim_key2 pk dim_key3 pk
dim_key2 fk dim_key1 fk
dim_key3 fk

I don't know if it's easy to understand, but it's difficult to me because I'm not American.

Thanks for your help,

LevoDestro.
