what would make the message "no one is avalible to take your call" before the aa greeting is played? seems to be random. I have target line 125 programmed to ring only on the attendent station and under line administration have line 125 going to the AA after 3 rings. If i set it to 0 rings that message goes away and just playes the correct greeting.
 
operator settings are all on...cfna is set to the vm dn.
 
Maybe your AA is set to answer one of the Physical Lines of your PRI.
