Unauthorised DISA acces on option 11

Hi,
I've got a DISA line on an option 11 tied to a Voip Mta adapter (analog). I dial into the DISA Dn and get a dialtone then get out internationally over my Voip trunk.However if someone at the international end dials the displayed International number they get a dial tone and can make local, mobile & cellular calls from my PBX .
How do I block the Internatioinal folks from getting that dialtone from my PbX.

Put a password in the DISA so you need a password to use DISA and a AUTH to make any calls. That's done in LD 88.

the password is the best.. i've also added a menu option to a menu so i can press 7 7 to transfer to a disa.. i don't add that to the recording.. then if i need a pwd i can add that at the menu level or ld 18...

i've also added a disa to a non did voice mail box as the option out.. dial the express mail, enter a 6 digit mb, then zero out to get dial tone...
