Unattended upgrade to win2k from win98

I have about 40 PC's that i need to upgrade from Windows 98 to Windows 2000. I would like to accomplish this by doing an unattended upgrade. I have found documentation on how to do a 'clean' unattended install of Win2k using the "setupmgr" utility on the win2k cd, but nothing on setting up an answer file for doing an upgrade.

Does anyone know of any documentation i can read or have any suggestions on accomplishing this.
