Unattended switchboard?

Hi,
Ages ago on a system I used to look after there was an unattended switchboard whereby we could call in directly from an outside line and be promtped for the extension - I can't for the life of me remember how to set it up on a new system - could someone please remind me?

What system? What voicemail? You can usually setup an auto attendant on a voicemail.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

Yes you can do what you want using the embedded vm. Not sure how you are currently setup with the embedded VM but you should be able to setup a seperate MLAA. I haven't done it in a long time so I would recommend checking the system help files as they usually go through the procedure.
