Unattended connection

I need to do an unattended off-site backup for a client using Cicso VPN. I can manually login the VPN and run a script and it works.If I launch the VPN from a CMD file. I'm getting either synrtax errors or "< expected" errors. This is Cicso Client version 4.0.3

Can someone clarify the command line syntax please?
