I have a Citrix 1.8 implementation that I inherited. When I open Citrix Server Administration and go to the Applications tab, I have 1 farm and a second entry named "Unassociated Applications." These applications can be accessed and run (using a custom ICA connection to the application). Here's the kicker...These apps are not listed at all under Published Application Manager.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

That is right. In the old days (winframe) that was the way to present apps. Now we use farms and published apps. If you do not want to use the unassociated apps, you can either delete them or you can "migrate" (use the menu in the publ.appl. manager) them so they become available in the farm in the application set. You can also use them side by side, but I would not advise that.
