Unanswered transferred calls are not being released.

Hi,

Im running an Option 11 R25 Issue 11 and am having a problem with call transfers.

The user answers a call and transfers it to another phone, if that phone isnt answered and they take the call back and take a message 2 things happen. Firstly, the phone they tried to transfer it to keeps on ringing, and secondly they cant transfer another call as when they try, the original phone they tried to transfer to is still ringing. The only way to stop this is to find the phone that is still ringing and pick up and hang up the phone.

So far it has only been reported on 3903`s, but others havent been tested yet.

They say this started happening after an office move, but that could just be a coincidence. Any suggestions?

1st thing is to check the firmware of the set.. (ld 32 fwvu) and get it up to date.. IF the trouble is just 03's your done.. if not check your rdr_data (ld 21)..

post transfer you should get a connect soft key.. that would rls the orig set.. since you can't connect without the softkey, rdr timers may not start

try check your mpo data on prompt rgna if it is std std change to dar aar.
