On a BCM with Call Pilot:
I have had to make several changes to our system recently and all but one have worked successfully.
One of our publicized outside numbers rings in and appears and rings on 5 different extensions. If nobody answers, it is directed to voicemail.
It used to go to one extension but I now need it to go to a different extension. I had read that by design or flaw, if multiple DN's accessed the same line it would always go to the lowest DN #.
I have since changed our use and created an extension so that it has the second lowest DN available to prevent any future issues because of this. (Only Operator DN is lower)
The DN that an unanswered call rolled to (past and present) is working fine and also has voicemail.
The DN that I want an unanswered call to roll to is also functioning fine and has working voicemail.
Both extensions are in the same group.
I thought that the only setting that required changing was the the prime set under Telephony Services > Lines > Target Lines > Line XXX > Trunk/line data > Prime Set
This has to be an easy setting I missed somewhere but I can't figure it out.
Thanks for any help....
