unanswered calls get back to attandent

dear all
i have the following problem , all the External incoming calls answered by voicemail system and then blind transfered to the
attandent console (M2250). when the attendant console reply the call and transfer it to the internal extension , if the call is not
answered by that extension it will get back to the attenadant console , i want theses unanswred calls to be disconnected not to get
back once again to the attendant

thank you for your help
i know how to change the Timer datablock, but my question about the value i have to change to it
do i have to raise the time elapsed before the attendant to recall on no answer calls?.
if set this to zero no unanswered calls will be recalled to the attendant?
 
This is in the books. It's the Slow Answer (first field) that you always want to be greater than the time elapsed on your longest RCO.

Where:
• xxx = 0-(30)-378 (for Slow-Answer)
• yyy = 0-(30)-510 (for Camp-On)
• zzz = 0-(30)-510 (for Call waiting)
