Unanswered call, Assisted transfer to secretary

I'm trying to setup some executive phones so if a call is unanswered their secretary is given a chance it answer. If she is also unavailable, the call would then be sent to the executives voicemail.

I thought of doing this through Voicemail Pro, under the specific users "leave" voicemail module. I initially set it up with an assisted transfer BUT the caller then gets our hold music instead of normal ringing. I'd like the caller to still hear the standard ringing on their end. Is there a better way to implement this?

Thanks!

Use coverage feature.
The secretary will rings (immediately or after time) and will be able to answer the call, if the coverage time expires the executive mbox will answer after the defined time.

What you want is default behaviour, just set forward on no answer and forward on busy to the secretary, by default it will go the the original targets voicemail not the secretary's :)

I ended up adding a line appearance button to the phone and then setting it to a delayed ring. The Exec phone now rings 3 times and then the Exec and Sec phones ring another 2 times before going to VM.

Thanks for your help!
