Hi :
I have a report in report studio with 3 lists, and every one has 2 columns.
I marked fixed size In every properities - list / table properties.
After running the report, if I see it with HTML format, all the columns appear aligned, but if I select the PDF Format the columns appear unaligned.
Is there something I can do to align the columns with this PDF format ?
Thanks in advance.

The report definition is stored in XML and HTML/XML are 'hand in glove'. In my experience PDF needs more space around values to present them properly. Why? No, idea. I have seen similar effects with saving BO full client reports in PDF.
One trick was to keep everything the same, but reduce the font-size (or choose font Arial-narrow, which is not there in Cognos) and see if it fits without resizing.
Another option may be to avoid setting sizes to a fixed value, but instead choosing for a % distribution. This is a preferred sizing option often used in XML definitions and seems to work better in Cognos.
So set the width of the list to 100% and then distribute this among the columns..

It works much better, like you said.
Thank you very much.

Glad it worked for you!
