I can see everything else under the services tree and the trees under it except for the stuff under telephony services. I'm on XP. I have tried several systems and get the same result each time.

what version of java r u using? Use 1.4 or 1.5.

Is your system up to date w/ patches?

Like Dasheen said, downgrade your java runtime environment back to release 5 or earlier.
