Unable write V: drive

After upgrading from WinNt to Win2000 server the Oracle Pub Apps are no longer able to write to the V: driver. The user can see the drive and attempts to write a file cause the file to be written but Zero length. If the option appears in the app to see the network you can drill down via the local machine name to the C: drive and write the file okay. Unfortunately this option is not available on all screens - any ideas - Thanks in advance Keith mac
