I've had 2 users today say that when they opened a message, the message was blank, and when they hit reply, they couldn't see any characters that they typed. It wasn't just the message they replied to. Even if they tried to create a new message they couldn't see typed characteres either.
Both messages were from different senders and didn't appear to have anything in common. I didn't see anything in the recent virus postings about anything matching this behavior.
Once the users rebooted, they were able to view messages they typed again. Is this familiar to anyone?
