Unable to view other user's schedule in Outlook 2003

A user is unable to view the schedule of users in Outlook 2003. Nothing comes up and no error messages displayed. I have started Outlook with the cleanfreebusy switch, and ran detect and repair, but did not work.
Any suggestions ?

You have exchange running?
You have given User A (needs to access) permissions on User B (whom is sharing the schedule) in the Outlook Mailbox... and subsequently the Schedule in question?
Did it work before and then stop? or it has just never worked?
 
Yes, we are running exchange server 2003, and it has worked before and suddenly stopped working. This user is now unable to see anybody's schedule anymore.

I figured it out, and it is a simple fix. I did a refresh of cleanfreebusy by opening Outlook with the cleanfreebusy switch.
