Unable to view another user's Calendar in Outlook 2003

Hi All,

A user was able to view another user's schedule in Calender, but all of a suddent, the appointment schedule is grayed out. Nothing shows anymore. All settings were checked, and did a download of Office 2003 updates/SP, detect and repair and did not fix the problem.
Any suggestions?

You're permissioning this via delegate access, yes? I assume this is an Exchange environment?

Yes, we are using Exchange server, but not sure If this is being permissioned using delegate access. I will find out from the Exchange administrator , and get back with you guys.
