I am unable to view all the columns in the CR8.5. I have installed the driver for HP Design Jet 3500CP PS3, that fixed the problem for one report, but when I created the reprot I am still having the same problem. Thanks

Unable to view all columns would indicate that the database isn't returning them all and you can't select them, which may be database related, which of course you didn't share. Do you mean that the report isn't showing all of the columns?
As for using the designjet 3500 cps driver, you also need to change it to landscape and change the paper size to 36x108.
