Problems using WOL with Cisco Catalyst 1900's

We have several sites with Cisco Catalyst 1900 Switches
I am having problems getting WOL (wake on Lan) to work with any of them.

I tried disabling/enabling Spanning Tree, disable/enabling port fast.
I can use Microsoft Network Monitor on a second machine and see that the broadcast is getting to the machine running network monitor.

These machine are in the powered down state. The port addressing screen of the 1900's still show up in the MAC addresses, so it seems like I should be able to wake them up
but nothing happens?

Thanks,
Mark

I am using MC-WOL.EXE from

When I attempt to wake up other workstations on LANs that have unmanaged switches they wake up. I think my issue is around the Cisco Catalyst 1924 series switch.

I tried looking up info at Cisco but had no luck.

On the switch I can see that unicast and multicast for all of the ports is turned on?

Thanks,
Mark

What other configuration is there in the switch ? can I know ?

regards
bbaruah

You can check and make sure you don't have a network port setup on the 1900 sometimes this can cause certain issues .
