unable to use web browser with ipecs MFIM50b

Can anybody help me?

I cannot get a connection to Ipecs MFIM50b through the web browser.

When I try this is what I get.
The connection was reset






The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

I have the ipecs connected to the lg ericsson poe switch and laptop connected to switch. and at moment it is set to default network setting

TLS 1.0 off in internet, advanced settings.
Can you ping 10.10.10.2?
Is dip switch 1 and 4 opposite direction to 2 and 3?

TLS 1.0 is turned off on system and in firefox options.

I can ping the system
and dip switch 1 and 4 are off(down), 2 and 3 are on (up).

I did manage to get onto it once, changed the lan settings to match customers lan, system rebooted and haven't been able to get back in since. have, from suggestions here, uninstalled KB2585542 security update and turned off TLS 1.0
I have now defaulted the system back to factory settings. Entered admin from phone and turned off TLS in system.

What type of Internet explorer have you tried? What OS on your PC?

Good, by the way the update was a KB266xxxx no. Ending in 54 i think!
