Unable to upload MOH file

1) I have a music file to be attached to MXe III controller, but when I try I kept getting error message.......................

FTP ERROR: ACCESS PROBLEM, VERIFY THAT THE LOCAL PATH IS VALID.(C:\fakepath\).


Please , what can be the issue?

make sure the IP of your controller is in the IE trusted sites list and that the java object is not being blocked...

How are you uploading the file to the controller?

Simple fix is to create the directory it requires and put the file in there (C:\fakepath\)

Otherwise its probably an IE issue as above.
