Unable to upload file to signalliner server

Hi,
I'm trying to upload Unistim 3.2 (for 1120e and 1140e)firmware to a signalling server. It's an ISP1100 running Rls 4.5. I've done this in the past with no problems. When I select the file and click upload in Element Manager nothing happens. I tried it at two other sites and I have the same problem.

Any ideas as to why I can't upload? Oh I tried using both admin1 and admin2 accounts with no luck.

FTP it to /u/fw then use UMS commands or element manager to deploy

I eventually got through. It had to do with the version of Internet Explorer. I had to use IE7 to get it to work.
