Unable to Update SFTP Password 1

Hi folks,

I'm trying to update the SFTP password but the Backup device name field is grayed out and my changes won't save unless that field is populated.
Still new to Call Manager. It's also stating the master agent is busy...? Am I missing a step?

I think restarting the DRF Master service would resolve the master agent busy issue. But i am not 100% sure its an issue. I say that because with the backups, I dont think you can edit the device. I think you have to create a new one. So I would try that first before anything.

That did it! I restarted the DRF Master.. which in turn looks like it restarted the DRF local, as well. I was able to get back to the screen with the Backup Device name and it was then populated!
I updated the password and ran a manual backup.
