Unable to update Mailbox SD Exchange 2003

Im currently running exchange 2003 on server 2003. I keep getting the below error message in the event log. I found a KB on the MS site followed the steps but ldp.exe was unable to fiind the mailbox that is having issues. Dose anyone know another way to approach this.
