Unable to update License

Hi,

I have recently bought a dual-CPU Xeon machine. I try to install Silverstream 3.1 dual-CPU there. However, when I installed at the last stage, there is a message saying "Unable to udpate Silvermaster".

The license key works fine with a dual-CPU P3 machine. Is there anyone have clues on that?
